Contract-to-Close Management

$375

  • Document Collection: Contract documents will be collected from the necessary parties and organized accordingly.
  • Transaction File Creation: Creation and maintenance of a well-organized transaction file including all required paperwork for compliance and review.
  • Timeline Management: A reliable, user-friendly system will be used to track critical dates throughout the transaction. All relevant data is organized in one place for agents to access up-to-date information and stay on top of deadlines.

Post-Closing Services

+$10/Month

  • Record Maintenance: Organization and maintenance of your transaction file for future reference, ensuring everything is archived according to company and legal standards.
  • Client Follow-Up: Post-transaction communication to ensure client satisfaction, such as scheduling congratulations for their 1-year purchase anniversary.

Personalized Experiences

$15/Hour

For an additional fee, we do offer personalized transaction steps, email templates, you name it! (quarter-hour billing)


Not interested? No worries. Personalized templates or not, the process can always go through a few tweaks to fit your needs and relationship with your clients. 

Listing Input or Management

Listing Input: $25 flat fee


Listing Management: $25/hour (quarter-hour billing)

Data Entry

$25/Hour

A few examples:

  • Updating and maintaining accurate client contact information (email, phone, etc.).
  • Updating databases
  • Entering new leads into the CRM  system.
