Assistance with unpacking and setting up the new home after purchase upon moving day.
Decluttering and depersonalization of the home in preparation for listing photos. Assistance with downsizing and donating items before packing is available as well.
*Note: Can stage with pre-existing furniture.*
Identifying trouble areas and implementing systems. This includes rearranging, decluttering, "purging items", and organizing pre-existing systems.
Heavier services that may require specific attention and time. This may require hiring trusted vendors for junk removal.
*Note: Service will not be provided if the environment is hazardous to the organizer in any way.*
Scanning and uploading of documents to a hard drive or digital folder.
Creating a management system and monthly visits to address areas that may need attention to maintain after initial organization.
Habits and lifestyle changes take time.
*Note: the time needed to complete projects may vary depending on the amount of clutter. If the service is finished before the set time, the price will be reduced per every 20 minutes not used and will be reflected with the hourly pay in the final invoice.
